A company is looking for a Pharmacy IT Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and clients
Monitor and report upon Service Level Agreements and troubleshoot system issues
Create project plans for system changes and assist in management of Help Desk requests
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent experience in an outpatient or retail pharmacy setting
Certified Pharmacy Technician certification required
1-2 years of experience in project management is a plus
Specialized experience in pharmacy processes, including front end and backend fulfillment
Understanding of Software Maintenance Process and experience with Electronic Health Records
