Nestled slope-side in the heart of Deer Valley, Stag Lodge offers ski-in / ski-out convenience, luxury accommodations, and genuine mountain hospitality. At the center of the lodge experience is Café 52 , a signature restaurant known for its inviting atmosphere, locally inspired cuisine, and outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, friendly, and professional service to all guests throughout their dining experience.
• Greet guests promptly, take accurate food and beverage orders using a suggestive-selling approach, and ensure timely service of all courses.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, verify food and drink quality, and respond quickly to any special requests or concerns.
• Accurately process payments, balance transactions, and maintain organized service areas.
• Work collaboratively with hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
• Assist with event service, and special functions as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, stock supplies, and follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Complete required training, including TIPS or ServSafe certification.
