Small downtown Ft. Worth law firm seeks a legal assistant to join our team. We practice in many areas of civil law, including business and corporate law, oil, gas and mineral law, water law, banking and creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, real property, eminent domain, zoning and land use, real estate, estate planning and probate, civil litigation and governmental law.
Responsibilities :
- Support attorneys through various stages of case management
- File / e-file documents with courts and / or agencies
- Opening / closing files, consistent with firm practice
- Maintain files as needed
- Provide general administrative support
- Backup reception desk
- Assist with time entry
