Job Title : Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator (Part-Time)
Location : American Pediatric Dental Group - Kendall, FL
Schedule : 3 Days per Week
Tuesdays & Wednesdays : Clinical Orthodontic Days (8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM)
1 Admin Day : Flexible (coordinate with hiring manager)
Status : Part-Time (approx. 24 hours / week)
About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and organized Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator (TC) to join our team in Kendall. This is a part-time opportunity with two days in clinic assisting with orthodontic patient care, and one dedicated administrative day focused on patient scheduling, treatment planning, and coordination.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for new and existing orthodontic patients.
- Assist orthodontists chairside on clinical days (braces adjustments, aligner checks, patient education, etc.).
- Guide patients through treatment plans, insurance options, and financial arrangements.
- Manage follow-up communication, scheduling, and patient records.
- Provide excellent bilingual (Spanish / English) communication with families to ensure understanding of treatment steps.
- Collaborate with the clinical and front-office team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Qualifications
Previous experience as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator or Orthodontic Dental Assistant required.Bilingual (Spanish / English) strongly preferred.Florida certifications (EFDA, Radiology, CPR) preferred.Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented mindset.Benefits

A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent is required.Associates degree in Business or equivalent is preferred.Bilingual is preferred, but not required.X-ray certification is preferred, but may be obtained through the Company.Job-related experience
Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired for at least three (3) years.Job-related skills / competencies
