Executive Customer Service Representative

Responsible for any escalated customer concerns beyond what the tier 1 & 2 contact center can handle. They will evaluate cases by determining what is most urgent and figure out the most appropriate method of follow up to resolve the case. This will include email, text or phone calls to customers depending on the situation.

Preferred

College degree (B.A. / B.S.). Educational requirement may be substituted with equivalent industry-related business experience.

Experience providing customer service via multiple contact channels (phone, live chat, face-to-face, written correspondence, etc.).

Experience in customer service, retail and / or sales preferred.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00 / hr.
