A company is looking for a Virtual Store Support Operator.
Key Responsibilities
Provide front-line customer service via phone, email, and case management system
Assist with locating proof of purchase, handling returns / exchanges, and resolving customer concerns
Document customer interactions and meet performance targets for calls and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; minimum of 2 years related experience or equivalent education and experience
Availability to work any shift between Monday-Friday and on holidays
Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain regular attendance
Call center or customer service experience preferred; automotive knowledge is a plus
