Overview :
Optomi, in partnership with one of our premier clients, is seeking a Product Manager to support large-scale digital booking, shopping, and checkout experiences for a global travel and entertainment brand. This role is a key contributor in delivering seamless eCommerce and payments solutions across web and mobile platforms. The Product Manager will own day-to-day product activities — from defining requirements and managing backlogs to collaborating with cross-functional teams — ensuring smooth delivery of customer-facing features. This position supports initiatives across booking, cart, checkout, and post-booking experiences while partnering closely with senior Product Managers and digital strategy leads.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive end-to-end product execution by writing detailed user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing sprint backlogs.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver new features and optimize existing guest flows.
- Collaborate across web and mobile teams to enhance the eCommerce and payments experience.
- Support prioritization of initiatives and ensure alignment with broader digital and business goals.
- Analyze customer journeys and identify opportunities for improvement across digital touchpoints.
- Maintain organized, transparent documentation within Jira and Confluence.
Must-Have Qualifications :
3–5 years of experience in product management within eCommerce, POS, ticketing, or booking systems.Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into actionable user stories.Strong collaboration skills with technical and non-technical teams in a matrixed environment.Proficiency with Jira (story creation, backlog management) and Confluence (documentation, knowledge sharing).Detail-oriented approach to requirements gathering, with excellent written communication skills.Proactive and diplomatic, able to manage dependencies and follow up on deliverables effectively.
