Warehouse Picker J ob Summary : Order pulling, packaging, and assembly of accurately picked orders for delivery and the put away of received material into correct locations.

  • Meet or exceed the expectations of our customers by providing a positive customer experience.
  • Use care in the handling of all materials and / or products.
  • Gather materials / products in the warehouse and / or yard to package / assemble for shipment. Accurately retrieve and load orders per RF direction.
  • Ensure correct shipments by verifying order details.
  • Identify and correct errors from prior processes.
  • Perform required daily cycle counts.
  • Maintain proper signage and storage of materials in the warehouse.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and assist other departments as needed.
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain reliable attendance.

    • Warehouse Picker Qualifications :

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency with standard office equipment.
  • Computer literacy and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

    • Education and Experience :

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of six months of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in the Plumbing / Waterworks industry is a plus.

    • Certifications and Licenses :

  • Must be able to pass an operator exam and safely operate powered industrial equipment.

  • Frequently required to walk, stand, talk, and hear.
  • Regularly engage in pushing, pulling, carrying, grasping, bending, stooping, and using fingers.
