What You'll Do
Lead all manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production and on-time deliveryDevelop and manage production schedules while optimizing resources and minimizing downtimeSupervise, mentor, and coach production and QA teams to foster a high-performance cultureCollaborate across departments to ensure smooth workflows and timely product deliveryOversee inventory management, conduct stock checks, and maintain adequate suppliesEnforce safety standards and perform regular inspections to maintain a safe work environmentEnsure compliance with GMP regulations and other manufacturing requirementsAnalyze key metrics to drive improvements in quality, efficiency, and costCreate, refine, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistent production qualitySupport innovation by implementing new products, technologies, and process improvements with R&DMaintain a clean, organized, and compliant facilityTravel as neededWhat We're Looking For
5+ years of manufacturing management or production leadership experience, preferably in food manufacturingProven ability to lead, train, and develop effective teamsStrong experience with production scheduling, inventory management, and process improvementExcellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skillsKnowledge of GMP regulations and manufacturing compliance requirementsAbility to use production data to make informed, strategic decisionsExperience in wellness, supplements, or related industries is a plusFamiliarity with CFR111 guidelines and best practicesAbility to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, Monday–FridayWhat We Offer
