job_description.job_card.job_descriptionLead all manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production and on-time delivery Develop and manage production schedules while optimizing resources and minimizing downtime Supervise, mentor, and coach production and QA teams to foster a high-performance culture Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth workflows and timely product delivery Oversee inventory management, conduct stock checks, and maintain adequate supplies Enforce safety standards and perform regular inspections to maintain a safe work environment Ensure compliance with GMP regulations and other manufacturing requirements Analyze key metrics to drive improvements in quality, efficiency, and cost Create, refine, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistent production quality Support innovation by implementing new products, technologies, and process improvements with R&D Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant facility Travel as needed 5+ years of manufacturing management or production leadership experience, preferably in food manufacturing Proven ability to lead, train, and develop effective teams Strong experience with production scheduling, inventory management, and process improvement Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills Knowledge of GMP regulations and manufacturing compliance requirements Ability to use production data to make informed, strategic decisions Experience in wellness, supplements, or related industries is a plus Familiarity with CFR111 guidelines and best practices Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, Monday–Friday Competitive base salary Excellent work-life balance Comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off (PTO) and more A chance to grow with an innovative, mission-driven company
