General Summary

The Sales Lead position is expected to coordinate all aspects of call center operations as needed under the direction of the Sales Supervisor, including but not limited to billing, technical support and sales.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities

• Monitor Sales staff requests for help and assist accordingly
• Update the Sales Knowledge Base with any new processes or important information
• Listening live to agent calls & coaching when required
• Assist the sales leadership in leading, directing and motivating the sales team to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives
• Assist in creation and administer sales incentive programs that achieve sales objectives
• Monitor subordinates’ productivity and provide feedback
• Observe and ensure full compliance with all policies and procedures
• Resolve escalated customer issues
• Assist the Sales Supervisor with special projects
• Communicate and liaise with all other Company departments regarding operations issues
• Work requires weekend and / or evening work
