Registered Nurse - Med-Surg, Gainesville, FL (Sign on Bonus up to $25k)

Job Type : Full-Time, Permanent Shift : Nights (Rotating Weekends) Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our Inpatient Surgical Unit, which operates within the Med-Surg unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care nursing and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Roles And Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the inpatient surgical unit. Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and provide treatments as required. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols, safety regulations, and infection control policies. Provide support and mentorship to junior staff as necessary. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. Current BLS certification. Must hold an active RN license in Florida or a compact RN license. At least 1 year of recent (within the last 4 years) acute care RN experience. Benefits : All standard benefits. Shift differential available.
