You will be the first point of contact with our customers. Each day you will be responsible for answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service, greeting office visitors throughout the day, drafting letters & reports, and other additional clerical duties as needed. Responsibilities

A successful customer service representative will demonstrate the ability to take on whatever task is in front of them. It may include but is not limited to the following.

Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Develop and maintain client relationships.

Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.

Process customer policy change requests.

Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.

Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.

Take premium payments from customers.

Requirements

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills.

Appropriate license(s) must be obtained prior to start date
