About the Opportunity

Bravix Group is partnering with a leading construction management firm recognized for delivering landmark projects across healthcare, education, life sciences, and commercial sectors. We are seeking a Senior Superintendent to oversee large-scale, high-profile construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This leadership role is critical in ensuring schedule adherence, safety, and quality while driving operational success and fostering strong relationships with project stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

As Senior Superintendent, you’ll be responsible for overall field leadership, coordination, and execution of construction projects. You’ll guide site operations, lead teams, and ensure that every project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead one or more large-scale projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and safety requirements.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to develop and maintain detailed schedules, logistics plans, and milestone tracking.
  • Direct subcontractor coordination, site logistics, and safety enforcement.
  • Oversee MEP coordination, permitting, and inspection processes.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with architects, engineers, and internal teams.
  • Drive on-site problem-solving, issue resolution, and daily operations excellence.

Operational Leadership

  • Partner with the Senior Project Manager to manage project execution from planning through completion.
  • Lead project safety, logistics, and quality initiatives while supporting technical and financial project goals.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the construction environment.
  • Monitor workforce production, subcontractor performance, and project documentation accuracy.

  • Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal responses, interviews, and project presentations.
  • Support preconstruction strategy and planning.
  • Mentor Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and other developing professionals.
  • Participate in performance evaluations and foster a culture of learning and excellence.

    • What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a Senior Superintendent on large-scale construction projects.
  • Background in healthcare, education (K–12 and higher education), life sciences, or commercial construction.
  • Experience overseeing projects in the $50M–$100M range or managing multiple smaller projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Deep knowledge of scheduling, MEP coordination, safety compliance, and quality management.
