About The Position

Deliver advanced respiratory care to critically ill neonatal and pediatric patients

Perform vent management, intubations / extubations, suctioning, and therapeutic treatments

Proficient in use of advanced respiratory equipment, including :

Ventilators : Servo I, Servo-U, LTV, Astral, Trilogy, Oscillators

Modes : CPAP, BiPAP, RAM Cannula, NAVA, PEP, iNO

Manage trach patients and non-invasive ventilation methods

Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams across units, including :

PICU (Peds Cardiac, Medical, and Surgical ICU – 24 beds each)

Level IV NICU (70 beds)

Maintain appropriate documentation in alignment with regulatory and facility standards

Job Requirements

Wisconsin RCP License – Active

NBRC RRT Certification – Required

AHA BLS, AHA PALS, and NRP – Required

Associate Degree (AD) in Respiratory Therapy or higher

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Pediatric Critical Care and / or Level IV NICU
