Ldrm is looking for a PMO Human Resources Manager to work in Williamsburg, KY. The PMO Human Resources Manager (HRM) reports directly to Corporate Senior HR Leadership and maintains a dotted-line reporting relationship with the Program Manager (PM). This role is accountable for overseeing and supporting all HR operations across the program. The PMO HRM will act as the direct manager for site-level HR management teams across multiple centers, ensuring consistency and alignment in HR practices. The PMO HRM will provide strategic guidance and consultative support on a broad spectrum of HR-related matters, with a focus on aligning human capital strategies with overarching business objectives. The role requires close collaboration with shared services and operational leadership to design and implement effective, scalable HR solutions that drive performance, engagement, and compliance across the program.

Additional Qualifications / Responsibilities :
Qualifications US Citizen. Must possess at least seven (7) years of HR management experience. Must possess at least five (5) years of managing experience on a large-scale operation. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point. Advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Excel. Superior organizational skills and work ethic. Excellent written and oral communication. Demonstrated ability to lead large teams. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance. Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field. HR Certification (i.e. SHRM-SCP or PHR). Experience managing a unionized workforce. Experience managing a large U.S. Government contract or program.
