Overview :

Olgoonik is seeking a highly organized and experienced Business Manager to serve as a key member of the Program Management Office (PMO). This role is essential to ensuring contract-wide coordination, administrative compliance, and operational continuity. The Business Manager will serve as the Alternate Point of Contact (Alt POC).

Primary Responsibilities :

• Contract Compliance & Administrative Oversight

Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and DLA-specific policies.

Lead efforts in budget tracking, invoicing oversight, and financial reporting.

Support market research, labor cost analysis, and pricing for current and future task orders.

Work closely with embedded HR, recruiting, and security specialists to ensure workforce readiness and compliance.
