What You Will Do
- Manage the strategy and implementation of content across enterprise platforms (e.g., social media, internal events, internal video and photo content, campaign management, creative development, earned media, etc.)
- Manage multiple media communications programs to promote product (or brand, technology, service) and organizational presence in marketplaces consistent with organizational objectives
- Oversee planning efforts to prioritize the 360 communications mix across Paid, Earned, Shared and Owned media
- Oversee post-production to ensure quality and accuracy
- Conduct interviews with talent and clients for narrative content

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Video Production, Journalism or related fieldAbility to create and tell stories through visual mediums (graphic design, video, etc.)Experience delivering strategies and communications that effectively support change initiatives and alignment to organizational / business goalsExperience as a strategic advisor to C-level executives including visual communications and developing presentationsA proven ability to thrive within a complex, matrixed environmentAdditional Information

Summary Pay Range
$126,000.00 - $189,000.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
