Overview
We are seeking a Solutions Process / Mechanical Engineer to lead complex recycling projects from concept to full-scale implementation. This role combines technical engineering expertise with advanced project management , overseeing process design, plant integration, and operational optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical projects, including process design, equipment selection, installation, and commissioning.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and risk, ensuring delivery of operational targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operators, contractors, and engineers, to optimize process performance.
- Conduct process analysis, mass balance calculations, and technical troubleshooting to maximize recovery and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Develop SOPs, training programs, and operational documentation for plant staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.7–10 years of plant / production experience with a focus on process optimization and project execution.Proven experience managing multiple technical projects simultaneously, preferably in industrial or recycling environments.Strong knowledge of process engineering, plant design, and commissioning methodologies.Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, PgMP, or equivalent) preferred.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Seniority level
