We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Real Estate Litigation Secretary to join our client's team in Danville , California. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support to our client, assisting in litigation, documentation, and legal research. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's Real Estate Law Firm.

What You'll Do :

As our Real Estate Litigation Secretary, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our legal team by :

• Preparing and managing legal documents and correspondence with precision.
• Organizing and maintaining critical case files in a document management system.
• Conducting legal research using tools like LexisNexis to support case preparation.
• Drafting and proofreading pleadings, memos, and correspondence with keen attention to detail.
• Managing attorney calendars and coordinating court filings and appearances.
• Assisting with trial preparations, assembling exhibits, and other trial documents.
• Filing legal documents and assisting in reviewing and preparing discovery responses.
• Providing administrative support, including coordinating meetings and handling incoming calls.
