Resolute Management, Inc. is a Third-Party Administrator hired by clients to handle complex environmental, asbestos, and / or latent type insurance claims. We are an affiliate of the Berkshire Hathaway group of insurance companies, and our structure provides the benefits of a large company with a friendly, small company atmosphere. Our headquarters are in Boston, MA, with additional offices in Chicago, Philadelphia, and Stamford, CT.
Position Summary
Seeking a proactive individual interested in taking on a diverse range of administrative tasks with the capability to troubleshoot operational issues independently. This role provides crucial organizational support to various departments within the company, extending beyond traditional administrative responsibilities. Key duties include monitoring shared inboxes to support system inquiries, addressing issues, and handling administrative tasks, including resolving problems or elevating them to the appropriate higher level for resolution. The role also involves weekly correspondence with our UK office, managing data uploads, collecting audit materials and delivering them clearly, digitizing paper records as needed, processing outgoing checks weekly, receiving UPS / USPS deliveries, and coordinating the pick-up and delivery of off-site document storage. The position may also involve data entry tasks as required.
