A company is looking for a Regional Vice President of Extended Business Office.

Key Responsibilities

Leads the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve regional goals

Achieves financial objectives and directs business development to increase market share

Ensures compliance with quality and regulatory programs while overseeing employee evaluation processes

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting, Healthcare Management, Business (MBA / MHA) or related field preferred

Minimum of five years' experience in Revenue Cycle Management or related healthcare operations management role

Deep understanding of the revenue cycle, including billing, coding, and claims processing

Experience in analyzing payer contracts and negotiating terms for maximum reimbursement

Proven ability to develop talent and build effective teams within an organization
