As the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll take the lead in guiding the maintenance team, implementing strategies to enhance production reliability, and overseeing routine maintenance operations. Your role ensures that all equipment and systems remain in top condition while prioritizing safety and efficiency. Previous maintenance experience is required within a food manufacturing environment.

Other responsibilities will include :

• Team Leadership : Oversee scheduling and management of the maintenance team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintenance & Project Oversight : Execute preventive maintenance plans and lead capital projects to improve operational reliability.
• Wastewater Treatment Management : Ensure proper treatment processes are followed for compliance and sustainability.
• Continuous Improvement : Drive process enhancements and lean manufacturing initiatives to optimize performance.
