What This Position Is All About : We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Lead Store Associate for Merchandise and Visual Presentation to support and oversee the execution of corporate merchandising and visual direction within the store.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of maintaining an attractive and compelling store presentation that aligns with seasonal themes, ensuring that store signage, window displays, and perimeter graphics are updated in accordance with corporate standards is a key function of this role.

This role is key in creating a visually engaging shopping experience that drives customer traffic and supports sales.

• Strong understanding of visual presentation principles, including product placement, color theory, and design trends.
• Ability to follow corporate guidelines and implement visual standards effectively.
