About the Team

How about partnering with a wide variety of platform and business stakeholders to migrate the Discover Network integration from our legacy vendor-based capability to a new piece of technology and deliver on a top enterprise priority? If so, this might be the role for you! We are a Spend Processing Solutions and own Capital One capabilities related to processing credit card issuer authorization transactions. While we've traditionally relied on third party vendors to process these transactions, we're hard at work building out the future of Capital One authorization processing technology. Freed from the constraints of our legacy vendor solution limitations, Capital One will unlock tremendous value through richer payment network data, a fully in-house authorization processing integration with our next-gen decisioning capabilities, and data processing flows that power real-time, intelligent customer experiences. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Richmond, VA : $144,000 - $164,400 for Manager, Product Management
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
