We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic tax preparers to help our clients navigate their tax returns with great communication skills, confidence and exceptional service. We are a seasoned Accounting / Tax firm in Minneapolis, looking to hire a Seasonal Part-time / Full-time Experienced Tax Preparer to work January through April, with Saturday availability.
Key responsibilities :
- Review various financial documents in order to prepare tax returns and provide tax services
- Complete Intake and Interview clients when necessary to determine the best ways of addressing their needs
- Prepare and assemble federal and state Individual 1040 tax returns, which would include some Schedule A, C, D and E's.
- Ensure full compliance with IRS and Minnesota regulations, incuding current law changes.
- Use comprehensive tax knowledge to maximize benefits and deductions
