About The Position

We are seeking a Pediatric Hospitalist for locum 24-hour call coverage in Tiffin, OH. This high-priority position offers the opportunity to provide essential pediatric and newborn care in a supportive hospital environment.

🔹 Patient Load

90% Newborns

5% Pediatrics

5% Adolescents

Avg Daily Census : 3–4 newborns

Avg Daily Census : ~1 peds patient every 2 months

Medical students may observe newborn rounds.

Job Requirements

🔹 Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency)

Ohio State License – Required

Ohio DEA – Required

BLS & NRP Certification – Required

Newborn Experience – Required

X-ray Interpretation & Circumcision Skills – Required

UVC / UAC Experience – Highly Preferred

Must live within 30 minutes of hospital or be willing to stay nearby
