We have an opening in our Monmouth Junction, NJ Facility for a Sales Training Manager.
The Sales Training Manager is responsible for supporting the education and enhancing the selling skills of Tris Pharma's Sales team by developing and delivering sales training that aligns with Tris' organization's goals. The incumbent is primarily responsible for the sales training of new field sales representatives, supporting development of new sales training content and serving as an internal resource and training Subject Matter Expert (SME) for field sales force, Area Field Trainers (AFTs) and cross functional partners (i.e., Marketing, Sales Operations, Market Access, etc.) to support the implementation of strategic vision / plans for Sales Training and Development.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
We are a HYBRID work environment requiring local candidates to be able to work the majority of the week in our Monmouth Junction, NJ office. Non-local candidates must be able to come into the office multiple times a month. This position also requires up to 25% travel to support our field sales team.
