Key Responsibilities
Takes inbound calls from members and provides effective answers to their questions
Creates emotional connections with members to support their health journey
Maintains member records and connects members with appropriate benefits and resources
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of call center and / or customer service experience
Basic computer knowledge and technical skills for various digital platforms
A private and confidential workspace free from distractions
A hardwired connection (i.e., an Ethernet connection)
High school diploma or GED
