The Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst or Senior Analyst to join our finance team.
In this role, you will play a key part in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and supporting strategic business decisions across departments.
This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional with 4–6 years of experience who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment. What You'll Be Doing :
- Support the company’s financial planning processes, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making across multiple departments Analyze monthly financial results, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to business leaders Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to senior management Partner with department heads to support cost management, ROI analysis, and resource planning Assist in scenario modeling, investment analysis, and board reporting Board deck reporting, reporting on KPIs, and analysis of other company financial metrics Continuously improve and automate financial reporting tools and processes Contribute to ad hoc strategic and operational projects as needed Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, Private Equity, or similar analytical roles Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Proficiency in Reporting or creation of Dashboards with systems like Power BI, Tableau, or similar Experience working in a SaaS or technology environment is strongly preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills What We Offer Competitive compensation and benefits Opportunity to work in a growing, innovative tech company Collaborative, flexible, and supportive work culture Career growth and development opportunities Exposure to global markets and cross-functional teams We are an equal opportunity employer.
