Job Description
Prepare, review, and issue client invoices accurately and on schedule. Ensure all billing practices adhere to internal policies and industry guidelines. Submit electronic bills with proper documentation and proactively follow up as needed. Monitor unbilled time and expenses; propose solutions for resolving aged items. Respond promptly to attorney and staff inquiries regarding billing, accruals, and reports. Assist with time entry corrections, transfers, and reconciliations. Collaborate with the billing and collections teams while maintaining a strong client-service mindset.

The Successful Applicant
Minimum of 2 years of billing experience in a law firm or professional services environment. Familiarity with billing platforms such as 3E, Elite, or Aderant is a plus. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication; client-service focused. Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
