The Global Billing Manager leads the strategy, operations, and governance of the companys global billing function. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in invoicing and revenue recognition across all regions, aligning with local regulations while supporting global business objectives. The Manager will drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement in billing processes while partnering closely with Finance, Sales, Legal, IT, and Operations to deliver a seamless customer billing experience.

What Youll Bring :

• 10+ years of progressive experience in billing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in leading global billing operations in a multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of revenue recognition and billing compliance
• Experience with ERP and billing systems (e.g., Peoplesoft, Salesforce and High Radius is a Plus).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and evolving environment.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $126,700.00 - $190,000.00 annually. The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individuals education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnions annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
