Coordinator, Student Food Pantry
The University of Nevada, Reno is seeking a Coordinator, Student Food Pantry to join the Associated Students of the University of Nevada (ASUN) Center for Student Engagement (CSE). This position is a vital member of the CSE team and serves as the primary point of contact for the Student Food Pantry, leading efforts to design, promote, implement, and evaluate programs that address student food insecurity. The Coordinator works closely with community partners, campus departments, faculty, staff, and students to build sustainable partnerships and donation streams. Key responsibilities include grant writing and management, donor engagement, program development, financial oversight, detailed recordkeeping, and learning outcomes assessment.
Additionally, the Coordinator supervises student employees, develops strategic plans, and ensures continuous program improvement within the frameworks of Civic Learning and Democratic Engagement (CLDE) and Inclusion, Diversity, Accessibility, and Equity (IDEA).
Required Qualifications
HS Diploma / Equivalent and five (5) years of related work experience OR
Associate's Degree and three (3) years of related work experience OR
Bachelor's degree two (2) years of related work experience OR
Master's Degree one (1) year of related work experience
Related Experience : Community outreach, grant writing, and / or program development or related experience.
Licensure
Valid driver's license
