About the Team The Slackforce team is seeking Senior and Staff Frontend Engineers to lead development of high-impact, cross-platform experiences between Slack and Salesforce. We build the integration that brings Salesforce data and workflows directly into Slack. Our work is central to how enterprises collaborate : creating the connective tissue that makes two of the world's most widely used platforms feel like one seamless system.
What you will be doing Brainstorm with Product Managers, Designers, Backend, and Frontend Engineers to conceptualize and build new features for our large (and growing) user base
Produce high-quality results by contributing heavily to team projects with significant business impact
Own team features or systems and define their long-term health, while improving the health of surrounding systems
Assist our skilled support and operations teams in triaging and resolving production issues
Mentor other engineers and conduct deep code reviews
Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes
What you should have 7+ years of experience writing client-side applications
Recent experience with TypeScript, Redux and React
Expertise in building complex layouts with CSS and HTML
Experience building and debugging complex systems in a team environment
Experience with modern browser technologies
Strong UX and design sensibilities, and a desire to sweat the small stuff
Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and empathy
Self-awareness and a desire to continually improve
A related technical degree required

For California-based roles, the base salary range is $172,000 to $334,600.
