Key Responsibilities
Manage CRM system administration and data management tasks, including configuration and data quality analysis
Lead CRM-related projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing timelines and budgets
Act as a liaison with CRM vendors to resolve issues and implement updates
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS company or education industry
Expertise in Salesforce with advanced analytical abilities
Proven experience in executing complex data migration projects into Salesforce
Salesforce Admin Certification is required; advanced knowledge of SQL and APEX is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to make autonomous decisions and provide mentorship to junior team members
