Project Manager - Jointmaster

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Project Manager to support our JointMaster product line. In this role, you'll assist both the inside and outside sales teams with all aspects of the sales and project management process - ensuring projects move smoothly from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities

Manage assigned projects through all phases of the JointMaster sales process

Partner with inside and outside sales representatives to prepare quotes, submittals, and order documentation

Track project timelines, communicate updates, and coordinate with customers and internal teams

Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, and customer service to ensure accurate and on-time delivery

Maintain up-to-date records in CRM and project management systems

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and customer experience

What You'll Bring

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience a plus

Background in project management, sales support, or construction / manufacturing preferred
