Required Education :
Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, or a related fieldRequired Skills / Experience :
3–5 years of experience in technical support, field engineering, or a related technical roleExperience with highly technical or sophisticated products, especially in a B2B or industrial environmentStrong troubleshooting skills with a focus on diagnosing and resolving complex technical issuesProficiency in using support platforms such as Salesforce for case tracking and documentationAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesComfortable working independently and exercising sound judgment in decision-makingStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsJob Duties :
Provide expert technical support via phone and email to field engineers, technicians, and product support staffTroubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex hardware and software issues related to sophisticated and technical productsRespond to escalated support cases where first-line teams have been unable to resolve the issueDocument all support activities and reported issues using Salesforce or other case management toolsParticipate in or lead customer training sessions to improve product knowledge and usageProvide hands-on support and diagnostics at the local depot when requiredCollaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve systemic product or technical issuesMaintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new product developmentsIndustry :
