Join our team as a Quality Technician and play a key role in driving excellence! You'll troubleshoot quality issues, calibrate testing equipment, create inspection plans, and support audits. Help train team members, apply statistical methods for process control, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. What You Will Do :

• Product Inspection : Perform inspections using gauges, metrology tools, and test equipment per written instructions.
• Nonconformance Handling : Identify, document, and segregate nonconforming materials following established procedures.
• Process Audits : Conduct quality audits on internal manufacturing processes using standardized tools and document findings thoroughly.
• Inspection Planning : Maintain inspection forms, storyboards, and databases in collaboration with cross-functional teams, aligned with control plans and ECNs.
• Quality Improvement : Clearly report quality issues, compile data for reports, join improvement teams, and identify areas for enhancement.
• System Audits : Support internal quality audits, ensuring accurate documentation of details.
• Data Reporting : Generate quality documentation, including first article inspection reports.
• Equipment Calibration : Verify and calibrate measurement tools to ensure ongoing accuracy.

Compensation : The expected base pay range for this role is $21 - $26 an hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
