In this role, you will be working for a service for leased vehicles. Some of your main functions will be :

• Lease Inquiries : Customers may have questions about the terms and conditions of their lease agreements, including payment schedules, contract details, and end-of-lease options.
• Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs : Customers might contact customer service to report issues with their leased vehicles, request maintenance services, or inquire about the procedures for repairs.
• Billing and Payments : Inquiries related to billing, invoices, and payment processes are common reasons for customers to contact customer service.
• End-of-Lease Options : Customers approaching the end of their lease may seek guidance on options such as lease extensions, vehicle returns, or potential upgrades to a new lease.
• Special Requests or Modifications : Customers may have special requests or need to make modifications to their lease agreements, and customer service can help facilitate these changes.
• Complaints and Issue Resolution : If customers encounter problems or have complaints, they may contact customer service to seek resolution and assistance in addressing their concerns.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, professional telephone etiquette, and the ability to handle stressful situations in an efficient, professional manner. Must have a sense of team response to assure 100% customer satisfaction. - Fluency in German (C2 level). Multiple language capability is desirable. - Candidates must hold a valid EU working permit and a Spanish NIE number
