Responsibilities :

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via inbound calls, addressing questions and resolving issues with professionalism.

Process orders accurately using order entry systems to ensure timely fulfillment.

Provide clear and concise information about products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.

Manage both inbound and outbound calls to maintain effective communication with clients and partners.

Collaborate with team members to ensure customer concerns are resolved effectively and within company guidelines.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for continuous improvement.

Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and suggest improvements to processes.

Uphold company standards by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a positive attitude during interactions.

Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements :

Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is required.

Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls effectively.

Strong skills in order entry and familiarity with related systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
