Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract skilled candidates for manufacturing roles.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with the client to create and refine job descriptions that align with workforce needs.
- Stay informed about local labor market trends and competitive hiring practices within the manufacturing industry.
- Manage and utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure alignment on staffing requirements.
- Provide guidance on hiring regulations and best practices in the local market.
- Source candidates through various platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and industry-specific networks.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring efforts.
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Talent Solutions, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with local hiring regulations and labor market trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory with relevant experience).
- Demonstrated success in high-volume recruitment or sourcing for skilled trades and industrial roles.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
