HR Manager - Construction
We’re partnering with a well-established construction company seeking an HR Manager to lead people operations and support a growing team. This role blends strategy with hands-on work — perfect for someone who enjoys building strong relationships and shaping company culture.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and benefits.
Support leadership with workforce planning and organizational development.
Maintain HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws.
Handle employee relations issues with fairness and confidentiality.
Partner with field and office teams to support engagement and growth.
Qualifications :
5+ years of HR experience, 2+ years in a leadership role.
Background in construction or field-based industries preferred.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
SHRM or similar certification a plus.
