Account Executive (Enterprise SaaS - USA)

Location : US East Coast preferred (flexible for the right candidate)

Compensation : $150K base + uncapped commission (OTE $300K+)

About the Role

My client, a global leader in enterprise SaaS solutions for asset-intensive industries, is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to drive new business growth across the U.S. market. This is a strategic, hunter-focused role where you’ll own the full sales cycle – building pipeline, developing executive-level relationships, and closing complex SaaS and services deals.

With a strong foundation of global partnerships, particularly in the SAP ecosystem, you’ll be joining a business that’s scaling rapidly in North America and looking for proven sales professionals to accelerate that momentum.

What You’ll Be Doing

Drive new logo acquisition through targeted prospecting, discovery, and solution selling.

Engage and influence senior decision makers (CIO, COO, CDO, etc.) with compelling value propositions.

Execute strategic account and territory plans to consistently deliver against $1M+ quotas.

Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, from demos and RFP responses through to proposals and SOWs.

Collaborate with partners and global SIs to maximize coverage and accelerate revenue growth.

Maintain rigorous pipeline management and forecasting discipline in CRM.

Provide customer insights back into product and leadership to help shape strategy and solutions.

What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales success , consistently exceeding quota.

A hunter mentality with experience winning $1M+ annual business.

Strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.

Familiarity with SAP or comparable ecosystems (Oracle, IBM, Microsoft, etc.).

Excellent communication, discovery, and presentation skills with both technical and business audiences.

Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environments.

  • Experience directly selling for, or going to market with SAP as a partner
  • Experience selling master data management or master data governance focused SaaS solutions
  • Experience selling to enterprise asset industry clients (think Oil & Gas, Mining, Manufacturing, Chemicals, Utility or Energy clients) .

Compensation & Incentives

Base salary : $150K USD

Annual quota : $1M

Commission structure :

6% at 50% quota

8% at 50–75% quota

10% at 75–100% quota

12% >

100% quota

Additional services revenue : 3% commission

Accelerators : earn more as you exceed targets
