job_description.job_card.job_descriptionUnderstand stakeholder needs, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, workflow, documentation, and functional design of SAP-integrated solutions. Translate requirements into business solutions and configurations and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems. Strong business acumen with deep technical capabilities; ability to assimilate new knowledge. Deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed. Agile delivery methodologies; proficiency in application development tools; quality assurance and software development expertise. Systems integration, building client relationships, and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel (travel estimated at up to 80%). Bachelor's degree required. Experience typically 2-4 years in integrations with SAP systems. Design and implement SAP integration scenarios using tools such as SAP PI / PO, SAP Cloud Integration, SAP Integration Suite (API Management, Cloud Integration, Trading Partner Management, Advanced Event Mesh, Edge Integration). Experience with additional integration tools (e.g., Mulesoft, Boomi, Informatica) is a plus. Hands-on experience with SAP interfaces (APIs, OData, SOAP), ABAP Proxies, RFCs, IDOCs, Files, etc. Experience building integration architecture and strategies to ensure data consistency across systems. Experience with adapters (ODATA, SOAP, AMQP, AS2 / AS4, Ariba, JMS, HTTPS, JDBC, IDOC, SFTP, Process Direct, MAIL, XI). Knowledge of security best practices for integrations (authentication, authorization, encryption). Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting tools (SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, Splunk). Experience building B2B integrations following EDI standards (ANSI X12 / EDIFACT). Experience with cloud integration platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with Agile and DevOps; knowledge of data modeling and database management. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and client service skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues. Willingness to travel up to 80%. Experience working in cross-functional teams to design holistic integration architecture. Prior consulting experience or deep functional experience. SAP Certifications. Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of core modules.

Responsibilities
- Identify customer requirements and develop front-end components and services integral to our software architecture.
- Contribute to business processes or solutions, selecting methodologies to meet client service metrics, quality, risk management, business growth, and teaming objectives.
- Define and execute deliverables with efficiency.
- Manage completion of deliverables and maintain engagement economics reports.
- Track resource plans and budgets, and handle project statuses.
- Participate in client sessions as a workstream member or team lead.
- Travel as required by client needs; maintain a chargeable hours target for external clients.
