Bldg Engineer

Our client, a leader in facilities and property management, is seeking a skilled Building Engineer to join their team.

As a Building Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering & Maintenance (E&M) Department, supporting the Facilities Operations Team at a multi-use site in Center City Philadelphia.The ideal candidate will have strong technical troubleshooting skills, a proactive work ethic, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location : 1100 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107

Pay Range : $35 per hour

What's the Job?

• Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire alarm systems
• Support HVAC operations including cooling and warming systems
• Conduct light carpentry tasks and replace bulbs and fixtures
• Ensure building systems operate efficiently and safely
• Collaborate with another Building Engineer and report to the Chief Engineer
