Outside Sales Representative
Location : Broken Arrow, OK
Compensation : $75,000 per year + commission

Position Summary
As the Outside Sales Representative, you will drive growth by building strong customer relationships, expanding market presence, and delivering solutions that outperform competitors and exceed sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and secure new customers while strengthening relationships with existing accounts.
Develop and execute strategic plans for account growth, classifications, and target markets.
Provide training, conduct needs assessments, and implement growth strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales objectives and annual growth targets.
Partner with internal teams to align on costs, scheduling, and project execution.
Conduct account visits, attend trade shows, and represent the company at industry events.
Maintain accurate account profiles, call reports, growth projections, and market share data.
Willingness to travel overnight up to 75% of the time, including occasional evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
3-5 years in an outside sales position
HVAC industry experience
