Floor Care Technician

Location : Trillium Place

Current Opening :

Full-time

7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30PM OR 3 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM

Includes rotating weekends and holidays

The Floor Care Technician performs various floor care and custodial tasks including scrubbing / buffing floors, stripping and waxing, and extracting carpets. This position will be performed in accordance with TANDEM LIVING Core Values, Mission Statement, and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• A valid PA driver's license with a minimum of two (2) years of driving experience required.
• Previous floor care experience preferred but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :

• Strips, waxes, and buffs tile floors in public areas using appropriate floor care equipment.
• Vacuums hallways and public areas.
• Performs daily spot checking and removes any spots / stains on carpets.
• Cleans carpets using carpet extractor and cleans various public areas.
• Moves furniture to clean floors or hard to reach areas as needed.
• Operates TANDEM LIVING company vehicle as needed.
