Strategic Operations Manager
Uber Eats is seeking a Strategic Operations Manager to lead data-driven user engagement strategies across our Retail verticals. You'll be responsible for identifying high-potential user cohorts, crafting targeted engagement strategies, and optimizing platform levers to drive repeat behavior and long-term retention.
This role blends analytical rigor with executional depth-you'll analyze user funnels, performance trends, and promotional impact to build scalable, high-impact programs. You'll partner cross-functionally to activate the right product surfaces and messages at the right time, ensuring users stay engaged and convert more deeply.

For New York, NY-based roles : The base salary range for this role is USD$106,000 per year - USD$118,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles : The base salary range for this role is USD$106,000 per year - USD$118,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other @types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
