Senior Field Sales Executive / Logistics
A leading logistics and transportation company is expanding its sales team and seeking an experienced Senior Field Sales Executive to drive growth across domestic and cross-border markets. What You’ll Do
- Generate new business and expand existing accounts through proactive prospecting and relationship management.
- Develop customized logistics solutions for clients across U.S., Canada, and Mexico .
- Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to ensure seamless cross-border and domestic transportation service.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and service terms with professionalism and strategic insight.
- Identify opportunities to grow international freight / NVOCC services where applicable.
- Deliver consistent revenue and margin growth by understanding customer needs and market trends.
What You Bring
7 to 10 years of outside sales experience in logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage.Proven success selling cross-border (U.S.–Canada–Mexico) and domestic transportation solutions .Strong understanding of truckload, LTL, intermodal , and cross-border compliance requirements.Experience with international freight forwarding / NVOCC is a strong plus.Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Based in Houston, TX with ability to travel regionally to meet clients.Why Join Us
