As an Operations Specialist at Erickson-Hall Construction Co. you will develop skills, knowledge, and learn best practices from an industry innovator.

To be successful in this position you will need to be open to learning, disciplined and system-driven, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently and have a genuine interest in helping team members with a positive and proactive attitude.

Position functions as the executive coordinator for the Director of Operations and the operations group. Helps to analyze and optimize workflows, processes, schedules, key performance indicators, and deadlines for the operations group.

Essential Job Functions :

• Assists with developing and implementing initiatives and programs that support operational excellence for the company.
• Strategizes with the group to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate operations group key meetings attendance and track assignment outcomes and deliverables.
• Assists with developing operations KPI's to report to executive leadership.
• Assist in staffing coordination and communications with our regional teams.
• Assist with development and implementation of the Project Health Checklist.
• Assist with the development and implementation of the PM onboarding program.
• Other duties as assigned
