Havenpark is a real estate investment and management firm focused exclusively on acquiring, improving, and operating Manufactured Home Communities (MHCs) across the United States.

Homes Technicians will perform routine and preventative maintenance to maintain and improve the physical integrity of the property. Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents by making home and building maintenance repairs as well as providing the general upkeep of the community including its grounds, streets, facilities, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete minor repairs to homes and facilities including plumbing, electrical and carpentry
• General plumbing : common water heater failure issues, repair / replace leaking faucet, replace toilet / toilet tank parts, etc.
• General carpentry : replace door locks, hang door slabs, tighten fasteners in cabinets, hang blinds, etc.
• General electrical : replace plug receptacles, identify breaker and main cutoffs, etc.
• Inspect common area amenities including laundry, playground, and other recreational equipment to ensure proper operation and make repairs as needed
• Provide general upkeep of vacant sites including strap-downs
• Support the grounds team with seasonal lawn care, trash collection / removal, and overall cleanliness of community common areas
• Follow safety regulations and procedures including safely operating vehicles and machinery
